Attorneys must have the following minimum experience and abilities:
At least 3 years of PA workers’ compensation experience
Able to effectively handle a reasonable case load
Able to meet or exceed annual billable hours quota
Able to work independently with remote support
Able to collaborate to generate creative litigation strategies
Able to type efficiently and proofread your work
Able to clearly direct paralegals as needed
Able to use Mac laptop and desktop to perform all work assignments
Able to use Office 365 especially Outlook and Word
Able to use Adobe Acrobat
Able to work in a paperless environment
Have reliable transportation and willing to drive long distances as needed
Have a home office with privacy and high speed internet
Paralegals must have the following minimum experience and abilities:
At least 3 years of relevant paralegal experience
Able to handle work assignments from multiple attorneys
Able to work independently with remote support
Able to manage time effectively and prioritize assignments
Able to collaborate to generate ideas for process improvement
Able to type efficiently and proofread your work
Able to clearly communicate with attorneys as needed
Able to use Mac laptop and desktop to perform all work assignments
Able to use Office 365 especially Outlook and Word
Able to use Adobe Acrobat
Able to work in a paperless environment
Have a home office with privacy and high speed internet
